TapBio Mentor: Chile

TapBioscience’s First Mentor

Excited to announce that TapBioscience has a new Head Regional Mentor of Chile!
Pablo Carrillo Pradenas is an Assistant Investigator at Universidad de la Frontera in Temuco, Chile.

Pablo was referred to me by Andrés D. Klein, an Assistant Professor/ Director of the PhD Program in Sciences and Innovation in Medicine at ‪Universidad Del Desarrollo.

I started consulting Pablo in hopes of finding him a great fit for a Ph.D. program here in the USA. We will be working on this together for the upcoming months.

I asked Pablo if he would do something for me in return for this consulting…

If you seek consultation from TapBioscience, I will ask if you want to be a mentor and if you want to be a mentor, you must give back to the community for a proportional amount of time that I consult.

So this means for every minute that I consult clients, our mentors will spend the same amount of time strategizing on how to introduce biotechnology to communities that need it most.

This way the Tap can be accessed anywhere!

Pablo said “Yes!”
